NBA All-Star Game
NBA
The NBA All-Star Game is an annual exhibition game played by the best players in the National Basketball Association (NBA). The players are selected by a combination of fan voting, player voting, and selections made by the NBA head coaches. The All-Star Game is usually played on the weekend of mid-February and features a mix of fun events and competitions, including the All-Star Game itself, the Skills Challenge, the Three-Point Contest, and the Slam Dunk Contest.
There are two teams in the All-Star Game, one representing the Eastern Conference and the other representing the Western Conference. Each team consists of 12 players, including a mix of starters (voted in by the fans) and reserves (selected by the coaches). The starters are made up of two guards, two forwards, and one center from each conference, while the reserves are made up of seven players from each conference (two guards, three frontcourt players, and two players at any position).
