Zidane returns to coach France after the World Cup:

On Friday evening, press reports talked about the next step of former Real Madrid coach, French Zinedine Zidane.

Zidane, 50, has been out of coaching since leaving Real Madrid in 2021 and has been linked to several clubs, but the three-time Champions League winner has turned down such offers.

And the newspaper "Daily Mail", quoting journalist Sergio Valentin of esRadio, that Zidane will supervise the training of his country's national team, after the World Cup in Qatar.

The newspaper added that Zidane was ready to wait for the French national team "as much time as he needed", but he is now heading towards taking over the task and succeeding Deschamps after the end of the World Cup.

France will start its World Cup campaign on November 22 against Australia, before facing Denmark and then Tunisia.
